Se aprobă darea în administrare către Regia Publică Locală a Pădurilor Kronstadt R.A., pe durata existentei instituției, a unor imobile teren, situate în Brașov, strada Panselelor nr. 23, proprietatea publică a Municipiului Brașov, identificate în C.F. nr. 121956 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/16 (teren adiacent teren sport), C.F. nr. 113709 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/15, C.F. nr. 135132 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/14, C.F. nr. 135140 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/11, C.F. nr. 135174 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/12, C.F. nr. 121949 Brașov, nr. cad. 6810/1/13, conform Anexei nr. 1, parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, având valoare totală de inventar de 10,46 mil. lei. Art. 2. Imobilele teren menționate la art. 1 vor fi utilizate pentru reconfigurare, reamenajare. Art. 3. Se aprobă Contractul de administrare, conform Anexei nr. 2, parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Art. 4. Orice prevederi contrare prezentei, își încetează valabilitatea.
