Art. 1. Aprobă Bugetul de Venituri și Cheltuieli pe anul 2025 al S.C. Transport Călători Express S.A. Ploiești conform anexelor nr. 1 – 6, însoțit de Planul de reorganizare, restructurare și redresare economică al T.C.E. S.A. Ploiești (anexa nr. 7), care sunt parte integrantă a prezentei hotărâri. Art. 2. Ordonatorul principal de credite, serviciile de specialitate ale Primăriei Municipiului Ploiești și ale S.C. Transport Călători Express S.A. Ploiești vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentei hotărâri. Art. 3. Direcția Administrației Publică, Juridic – Contencios, Achiziții Publice, Contracte va aduce la cunoștință celor interesați, prevederile prezentei hotărâri.
